On Sunday, 3 May 2026, His Excellency the Ambassador Saoud bin Abdulla Zaid Al-Mahmoud took part in the state celebrations organised in the square of the Royal Castle in Warsaw to mark the 235th anniversary of the enactment of the Constitution of 3 May, regarded as the first constitution in Europe and the second in the world after that of the United States.

On the sidelines of the celebrations, His Excellency had a brief conversation with President Karol Nawrocki, who once again expressed his desire to visit Doha and meet with His Highness the Amir of the State of Qatar.
