UWAGA!!!

W związku z zagrożeniem rozprzestrzeniania się koronawirusa Dział Konsularny zawiesza przyjmowanie interesantów (osobiście, w urzędzie) od dn. 17 marca br. do odwołania.

Uprzejmie prosimy o przekazywanie dokumentów do legalizacji wyłącznie  korespondencyjnie. Do dokumentów, które zostały już zalegalizowane przez Ministerstwo Spraw Zagranicznych i które mają zostać poświadczone w Ambasadzie, należy załączyć dane kontaktowe (telefon kontaktowy i adres mailowy).

Po otrzymaniu informacji z Ambasady potwierdzającej, że dokumenty zostały zalegalizowane, prosimy o zamówienie kuriera po odbiór dokumentów w wyznaczonych przez Ambasadę godzinach.

Ambasada nie ponosi kosztów wysyłki dokumentów.

Due to the threat of coronavirus, Consular Department has suspended the reception of clients (in person, at the office) from March 17, 2020, until further notice.

We kindly ask you to submit documents for attestation only by a courier service. Please attach your contact details (phone number and email address) to the documents that have already been legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and which are to be attested at the Embassy.

After receiving information from the Embassy confirming that the documents have been legalized, please order a courier to collect the documents at the hours set by the Embassy.

Please note that the Embassy does not cover the costs of shipping of the documents.
