September 9th has been announced by the United Nations as the International Day to Protect Education From Attack.

Students living in conflict zones are today the main victims of the devastating force of the COVID-19 pandemic, which led to the closure of schools in many countries around the globe.

The task of the international community is to provide all children and young people around the world with a safe environment to acquire knowledge useful in their future, adult life.

The State of Qatar is proud to join this universal and by all means commendable idea of promoting       a process of education free from all forms of aggression and violence.

The Embassy of the State of Qatar in Warsaw cordially invites you to participate in the session devoted to the need for educational support and protection of students against exploitation, abuse and threats from criminal and terrorist groups. This unique global event will be honored by the presence of Her Majesty Sheikha Moza bin Nasser, Chairperson of the Education Above All Foundation and UN Sustainable Development Goals Advocate.
