Qatar - Poland Relations

The Republic of Poland recognized the State of Qatar immediately after the Declaration of Independence in September 1971 and supported its application to join the United Nations.
Diplomatic relations between the two countries established in September 1998.
Diplomatic exchanges between the two countries began in 2000. The State of Qatar represented its ambassador to Russia as a non-resident ambassador to Poland.
On 1/9/2006, the Polish Embassy in Qatar began its work, which officially inaugurated on 28/4/2007.
The decision to open the Embassy of the State of Qatar in Poland was approved in June 2007, which began its work on 17/4/2008, and was appointed Chargé d'affaires on 4 October 2008.
In 2009, the Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Poland, His Excellency Mr. Hadi Bin Nasser Al-Hajri was appointed.
n 2015, the Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Poland, His Excellency Mr.Ahmed Bin Saif Al-Mu'adadi.
Since 2020, the Ambassador of the State of Qatar in Warsaw is His Excellency Mr. Abdulla A.Rahman Fakhroo. The Ambassador of the Republic of Poland to Doha is His Excellency Mr. Janusz Junk
