Today, on Tuesday 5 October 2021, His Excellency Abdulla bin Abdul Rahman Fakhroo, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Poland, presented his credentials to the President of the Republic of Latvia Egils Levits in the capital of Riga as Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Republic of Latvia (non-resident). During the award ceremony, Ambassador Fakhroo conveyed greetings to the President of Latvia from His Majesty Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, may God protect him, as well as wishes for the further development and prosperity of the Latvian people.

In turn, the President of the Republic of Latvia conveyed to the Ambassador his greetings and best wishes to His Highness the Emir of the country and the Qatari people, and his efforts to further tighten the ties of relations between the two countries at all levels. The ceremony was attended by Mr. Omar Ali Al-Ali - Second Secretary of the Embassy.
